I've gotten banned for two things on days I wasn't even online, I just need someone from the enforcement team to tell me exactly why I was banned for harassing when I haven't done anything...

I've gotten banned for no reason

I've gotten communication banned and regularly banned over 6 times now for no reason I've haven't even talked to other people in party's and it's not fair that because I was winning in the game they report me can you unbann me please

For information about your ban, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review. Investigations do take time so the action could have taken place weeks or months before they suspension.
