    That doesn't look like 25 character 5x5 code. If it was, it useless now. Because, in large part this is a public forum and somebody else may have already used it by now. Prepaid codes are is as good as cash online. And, no it doesn't look like a valid error
    code either. May I suggest you follow up with "How to redeem an Xbox prepaid code" and some of the categories listed on the "Billing

    I've got a problem

    I would do this but it won't let me access anything all i get is a black screen, and it says "signing you in" for about five to ten minutes then it loads into a black screen. I cannot do anything in the mean time.
