I've got a Xbox one s that won't say turned on in 1 second it will shut off again...

I've got a Xbox one s that won't say turned in 1 second it will shut off again I've completely cleaned it inside and out I'm using a new power cable lead from betta electrical I have to unplug it for 24 hours then connect it up again then it turns on normally but when i go to turn it off then back on it won't say turn on boot up when i had it on i did a factory reset by holding the 3 front buttons down on Xbox to get into its reset that did not work i even stayed with it while it was updating on normal screen that did not work either.
