  1. I've got a Xbox Live issue!!!!!!!


    Every time I launch a Xbox live game (minecraft for example), I get booted out and the same thing happened when I exit the game( I keep signing in when that happens). So what's causing this? Is it because I need to add security or something? Please help!!!!!

    Sorry to hear about the app crashing, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app yet to see if that helps?

  6. The best explanation I can give is deleting and re-downloading your profile can basically refresh your profile and clear up a variety of sign-in issues.

    If you delete your profile only it won't affect any other data that is connected to the profile like game saves etc. also if you don't delete the profile, the steps above will not work for you.

    OK I JUST GOT BOOTED FROM XBOX LIVE, SAYING I HAVE TO UPDATE MY CARD INFORMATION, SO I THOUGHT I WOULD USE SOME OF MY FREE TRIALS, WITCH IVE TECHNICALLY PAID FOR, BUT WHEN I ENTER THE 25 DIGITS ITS TELLING ME I ALREADY HAVE GOLD AND I SHOULD TRY GIVING HE
    CODE TO SOMEBODY ELSE? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, HAVE I RAN OUT OR NO???

    You cannot use trials on a gold account only on silver ones call support for your gold issue.

    right I am fed up with xbox now, every time I come on here I found a glitch apparently? it takes them 2seconds to suspend accounts but a few hours to un-suspend them, every time I send a message from xbox to xbox it never sends 1st 2nd or 3rd time, it always
    says cant send right now please try again later. plus when my xbox broke it took you 2months to collect it, and you had it for 3months and when i got it back, not even an apology. Im not stupid xbox, you think if you stop fixing the little problems on 360
    people will buy the newer xbox one, I have spent a lot of money on 360 over the years, and to feel used buy you all the time is not worth anymore of my time with you or xbox one, So Im sorry but unless you sort yourself out ill be switching to playstation
    I think. plus all my family and friends will follow, ill even try and get my YouTube subscribers to follow, youl be looking at about 20-30 minimum customers lost, now fix my damn xbox live gold, with an apology.

    And why cant I use the free trials which I earned by buying and investing into this companys games? Just shows how much of a scam those free trials actually is, you only want us to give them to friends with no xbox live, so you can scam them to, whos idea
    was it to not allow people to use there trials when they bought it and they own it??? start giving us so good games with gold like bomberman or wrecked revenge, I mean come on happy wars, and dungeon warriors, pathetic, I want something done about my xbox
    live, and compensation for all the time you've ever wasted me. and thank you DaveMcFly atleast you responded.

    I would do this but it won't let me access anything all i get is a black screen, and it says "signing you in" for about five to ten minutes then it loads into a black screen. I cannot do anything in the mean time.
