No the moral of the story is to not break the rules. Cheating is also against the code of conduct as well.

Umm whens the last time you played a game of Call of Duty or something really good and had someone on the other team say im reporting you right now nothing ever happened. Yet when real cheating goes on nothing happens so........................?

Ok if communication is an enforcment issue why have open chat in game lobbys? Where as i stated numerous times you hear more profanity than on a construction site. WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MESSAGE OR CURSING THROUGH VOICE IN A LOBBY? 1000s do
it everyday. And as you stated b4 team killing is unsportsman like. Not cheating even though its in a video game setting and every game in the whole world has penaltys for unsportsman like conduct so why not us......? So if its not cheating he wasnt banned

No apparently you dont get it. How is it unsportsman like when you are shot by a team mate for loot you obtained? Only because its a team mate? If its against game rules? And why would cursing be breaking a rule but unsportsman like behavior would not be
a breaking rule in a game setting? Regardless what i said is a tip of whats said over voice chat what makes it different? If i recorded someone cursing in a lobby i can report them? What makes a message through text different?
