    Kindly ask the person game sharing with you to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check the status of the pre-order.

    If it's not showing on your end but other games does it may mean that the transaction is not on his/her account or it didn't push through.

    If that's the case, kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work, you may need to ask the person that owns the game to sign in under his/her account and attempt to install the game from there.

    Please make sure not to access or sign in to his/her account on your Xbox without the account owner.

    Kindly ask him to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using the account that he set as Home Xbox on your console. Please ask him to check if it's showing on that account. Because it can be purchased on a different account on his Xbox as well and is being shared with him.
