    I have the Xbox beta app for my windows 10 computer and for my phone. When I go and do all the steps to try and change it an error comes up and says that I can't add a custom picture because people under 18 can't upload a custom picture. I'm over the age
    of 18 and so is my Xbox account. I've already talked to customer support about it and they verified that my account is not a child account, which I already knew it was an adult. I have no idea what to do now. I've tried all the steps and it still gives me

    What steps have you tried so far? Have you already tried
    updating your security proofs
    ? If so, can you add an additional phone number, not just change your original one and try again please?

    I just have to wait and hope something is done, which at the moment is unlikely.

    I just hate how nothing is being said or done about this issue. Xbox really need to step up.
