I've deleted game codes

I've been deleting the file between installing it and my account region matches my location. As far as error codes I've been getting error code 80072ee2 ever since I tried downloading this game.

Same. I've tried everything, I've looked everywhere on this website and I can't find a solution. I've tried deleting my apps, deleting the storage for the app and reinstalling it, I've cleared the cache. I looked up the error code and it says it's a problem
with connecting to X-Box Live, but everything else is working.

@AngryHelios @Miss Ermine No error code... I just hit "Download again" then it goes to 100% in a couple seconds but a message pops up, "Cannot Download" no error code... I've tried to download for about 3 days now five times a day and delete cache and game
again. I will try to delete/redownload marketplace data and my profile later.

I've finally downloaded it again but it still starts in English. Is it somehow possible to delete the game out of my games and send me a German code or so?

I've also contacted bethesda.de and they say it's can only be the fault of Microsoft.

Should I try to download it again or is there no hope left for me?
