    I've created a club on Xbox one but when I click on customise the options are greyed out


    I've created a club on Xbox One but when I click on customise the options are greyed out.

    They were greyed out when I created the club.

    It shows me as the owner. I'm signed in with the same account.

    The only options I can click on are 'Done' and 'Choose games'.

    I've looked in the Xbox one settings and there doesn't seem to be anything about clubs.

    When I go to Manage then Members & admins there's a message 'Something went wrong - sorry about that. Try again in a while'.

    I've restarted the Xbox One and have been trying for a while and still the options in the customise part are greyed out.

    Can someone please

    I done the Power cycling / Hard reset, waited an hour, turned on the Xbox One, tried the club - no success,
    removed account from my Xbox console
    then redownloaded and still no success. I then just deleted the club, started again, but this time I didn't change the name and just went with the default one - it worked. I now have all the options when in the customisation tab.

    I understand that you're having issues with greyed out options after creating a club.

    I'll be more than happy to help you with that issue.

    First off, I recommend
    Power cycling / Hard resetting your console     . Be sure to unplug your Xbox from the

    power supply / wall socket for 3-5 minutes.

    After that, I would try
    Removing accounts from your Xbox console and     redownloading your Microsoft account back onto the Xbox console.

    After trying those 2 steps, let us know if that helped!

    Can't customise privacy and online safety setting from "only free content" to "anything"

    I've just bought an xbox one this week and previously had a 360. I bought £15 worth of microsoft points for FIFA from GAME. The money shows up in my account but won't let me redeem. It says "your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content"
    so when I go to privacy and online safety, click on customise and then go to the "customise privacy and online safety by download" the box at the bottom of this is greyed out and says "only free content" but will not let me click on it to change it to anything.

    Can anyone advise please?

    Xbox Clubs - Category Change Public to Private

    I haven't done too much with xbox clubs but from what I have looked up it sounds like you only have the option to create a private club when it gives you the options when first creating the club. I did some looking myself and both times I created a club,
    whether it started out as private or public, there was no way to change the club type when managing the club.
