    Dear Microsoft Team,

    I currently have five or more active support cases open for the same ongoing issue, and so far, I haven’t received a single update or response on any of them.

    A few days ago, I also reached out to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (Report a Concern) and *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (Board of Directors) to bring more attention to the situation, but I’ve had no reply from either channel.

    At this point, it feels like my concerns are being completely overlooked. I’m asking for this to be escalated to someone who can actually follow up and provide answers. I’d appreciate some form of communication—even just an update—to show this is being taken seriously.

    Please don’t leave this unaddressed. I’m more than willing to work with your team to resolve the issue, but I need someone to actually engage.

    The Xbox Live Rewards Support forum is dead.

    I've tried contacting their Twitter multiple times and have received no response. Looking at their responses to others though it is the same run around, referring you back to the useless forum.

    They will tell you that they cannot handle the issue and to post in the forum. I have contacted support MULTIPLE times about this. All us consumers can do is basically wait and hope someone will acknowledge it. I have even directly messaged someone who I

    have you tried clearing the cache in the saved data as that could be issue if you haven't then please try that first, if you continue getting the same error message then please contact someone at xbox customer support.
    Yeah I've done that multiple times now.. Support is closed for more than 8 hours for now.. If there's nothing else I could do than contacting them I'll have to wait I guess?
