I've completed a quest, but it isn't giving me my points | Microsoft Rewards

There's this offer/quest that gives 20000 points, just for expending MXN 20 on the Microsoft Store (I quote: "+20000 Compra y gana. Gana al menos 20 puntos por cada MXN 20 que gastes en Microsoft Store").

I've done it already. I bought a game and got 37 points. More than enough to complete it.

Yet, it hasn't given me a single point.

Is it bugged? Do I need to do anything else?

Is it even going to give me my points?

It's hard to tell what that offer is. I think your supposed to get 20 points for every dollar spent not 20,000.

if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
Rewards Support.

that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing

think its a con I've not got my febuary yet what's the point in putting out quest riddles or that of they cnt give rewards or put in for the sweep stake, I recon I've lost my febuary one, even tho I completed the riddle

You're not eligible, you bought it before the rewards came out. And had to buy it through microsoft.com
