    I got the game seas of thieves for £49.99 on using xbox givecards which i have £58.88 to pay with but i havent been charged for the game so i still have £58.88 and ive gotten and played the game

    I buyed a 40 dollar card and i buyed a game the game cost $35 and it now says that i have $2.56 shouldn't i had $5 dollars left in my account ? Please answer ASAP

    Hello, i stayed a few months without logging in to Xbox Live, and then i logged in and gone to check a few gamerscores, and i found out i had Call of Duty Ghosts and GTA V, but i never buyed it, so i was thinking someone could have logged in my account and

    Worst Customer Service Experience Ever - Anyone else had it this bad?

    I've never had an issue with support but I have had an issue with getting products shipped from microsoft. I pre ordered the xbox project scorpio edition and come time for release my account was charged and then the charge was reversed and the console
    didnt ship. I got ahold of support and they said it was an error with payment method and we fixed it and it shipped the day.

    If you cant find the account where the charges are coming from then your only other option would be to have your bank block the charges.

    Your talking about a game that came out years ago and the dlc which you had to buy online. Games back then didnt rip you off as bad as they do now. Charging you another for something thats on the disk already! Games today....
