I’ve bought the game but it isn’t giving me my points

This issue isn’t on PC though, it’s my Xbox one, I keep losing games, the only playable game on my console at this point is warframe, 6 games won’t allow me access at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, everything shy of a factory reset and nothings working

I got same issue. I contacted the Microsoft support, then they said that nothing they can do about it. also told me to contact Capcom so they can help me with the 6000 points??? makes no sense.

I got the same exact reply after 45 minutes on a chat. I was so frustrated. I’ve accepted the fact the punchcard is broken and Xbox isn’t giving us the points. It’s very frustrating. Mostly because the 6000 points was the reason I decided to buy the game.

This is so frustrating, why isn’t my friends list popping up in-game .-.

Someone please help I’ve tried everything and no one’s even responding to me..

I am running into the exact same issue. I’ve had no problem with early access, but last night my cloud sync isn’t working at all. I log into the game and it only gives me the option to start a new game. I am 20+ hours in, so I really don’t want to do that.

I’ve done everything you’ve suggested and it’s still not working. I’ve deleted all my other subscriptions as well and removed the credit card details twice and still nothing. I’ve been trying all day and idk what else to do. Do I need to have Xbox gold or game pass or something to buy It? Now I’m getting the issue that my authorisation isn’t good enough despite it working for other things I’ve bought today.
