I've bought a game but can't download or install it?

Microsoft does not have this game in their PC store, only for the console. If you don't have an Xbox or are not interested in playing this game on your console I recommend that you ask for a refund.

WTAF. I've just re-opened the page for the 3rd time and now it shows I own it. BUT turns out I've bought the XBox version instead of the Windows version. Why are they even different?

I've installed left 4 dead but my dlc isn't on there. I bought both of these. In game downloads show its purchased but I can't select the levels

Make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account where the game code was redeemed. Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then locate the redemption transaction. It should be stated as “completed” or “redeemed”.

Once confirmed and found make sure that you’re signed in under the correct access on both Xbox App and Microsoft Store app. Sign out then sign back in.

Well crud, I'm having the same issue. Bought it, MSP deducted from my balance and appears in my download history, but can't download it. Same results on two different Xboxes -- gets to 10% and then says "Can't download". Tried deleting the incomplete
file, clearing cache, all that stuff, and nothing. I've purchased about and downloaded three full games this week, plus the World of Tanks demo, and everything else has downloaded and installed without any issues.
