I’ve bought a DLC and I have NOT received it

Yeah, I had attempted that, since if dlc doesn’t automatically download once i purchase it, thats where I check, although sadly nothing shows up. It’s just confusing, since i know for a fact that I’ve bought all the dlc packs, since i got receipts for them
all through paypal. But according to the microsoft store, i might as well not have even bought then at all.

I’ve never bought one and I never will. I don’t support those types of blatant money grabs. The only money I’ll spend after buying a game is on full size dlc packs (ie expansions).

Yes, I am the same person with this issue, I’ve checked. I have exact the same issue.

I have bought the game The escapist on both my account, just to not be bothered about licensing issues., I have Xbox one and series x.

On my main account I bought the DLC-pack because of The Alcatraz. It installed 3 DLC accept the Alcatraz. It wasn’t necessary. the Xbox I restart to empty the cash unplugged. Even done with router.

Nothing works u just goes to the Store. All other DLC work on both account.

When that didn’t work I even bought the DLC Alcatraz on my secondary account. So I bought it twice and the status in store i that I own it. It is still the same.

I did two reports via The Xbox due to this issue. There is nothing we can do on our Xbox because the issue is not there.

DLC is linked to the account that bought it. I have several accounts on my Xbox, but I can't use the DLC only with the account that bought the DLC.
