I've bought 2 power supplies, both don't work.

I've bought 2 power supplies because my old one went out, and both of the power supplies don't work. They both blink orange and green/white and then when i turn my xb1 on it turns off right away. One of the power supplies was the best rated on amazon too.
Am i just having bad luck or is there something else that could be wrong with my xb1?

Not sure if you tried a different outlet set in the house. Given that you've tried 2 different power supplies, it might be an issue with the console itself which would require a repair via
https://myservice.xbox.com . However, before going that route, try a different outlet in another room with both power supplies. If neither work you may need to get the repair completed. You could also
verify that your power supplies are both good if you have a friend's Xbox you can try with. Let us know your results. Thanks,

Xbox One shutdown

I've had the same problem since launch. I've received two console replacements since then, but both have the same problem. I'm certain it is related to my power supply now. It doesn't overheat and the lights don't indicate a fault, but I've tried other
power supplies and have not had power issue. I've sent in my power supply to Microsoft and now I'm waiting on the replacement.

Every step involves a power supply, or the ***** grey brick. We just have a cable from socket to the console.

Neither consoles have one, both bought from new.

I've been through all the steps on that page without the power supply however without the flashing lights from the power supply I'm not getting far.

I tested both my new one and old one on a different Xbox and they work so its not the ac adapter

It could be the connector piece in your console that the power supply plugs into. If both outlets you tried work fine and you believe the new power
supply is fine, then the only thing left is the console. If you don't want to send the console in for testing and possibly repair, find a power supply that has been used and works, and see if it works with your console. If it does, then it was the power supplies
that were your problem. If it doesn't, then it's your console that's the problem.
