Ive been waiting for pixark to get fixed and it's still not. Can I get a refund

I got this game for my self on day one. It was broken off the bat. Crashing was the worst issue. Big update comes out I but it for my kids thinking it's fixed and it's even more broken to the point my son walks around with no body, the amount of animals
spawned I my area is stupid, and the best part is that the game won't play for more than 30 minutes without crashing 4 to 5 times. Best part about the crash is what ever I or my kids did prier to the crash is gone. Is there any way to get a refund cause snail
games is not doing there job correctly to get this game fixed. $50 down the drain.

So i went on the gportal app on my xbox console and purchased a rent a server on pixark well it charged me and did not give me the item i requested instead left me out 15 bucks! I went first on gportal contacted them they told me they can not do
anything since i bought it on my console and told me to contact microsoft support to get my refund i did that and still denied. Like i said the new refund system is run by robot/computer not an actual team because i would get an actual response instead of
the same script they send me every time its a load of [Mod removed - see Guidelines] they dont care anymore!!!

Microsoft isn't responsible for servers purchases made in a app. You need to contact Pixark about why your server isn't working. The next responsible party is Gportal. This is why your refund is getting denied.

You can use all the console commands on ARK for the achievements. It also works on PixARK as well. There are detailed guides for both of those on TrueAchievements' website. PixArk has a free 1 hour trial you can just use the console commands to get all
the achievements on. I know for regular ARK it takes like 4hours because you still have to do a little exploring... but on the other one it takes like 15min.

Well, microsoft contacted me today. Im also recieving a full refund. I cant even believe that. Someone just made this girls month. Im not sure if you had anything to do with it but it would be a weird coincidence since you replied yesterday and then this happened today so if so, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
