    I've been using Alt/PrtScn to save many of my Jigsaw pictures but now can't


    I've reached the end of a Jigsaw on W10 Xbox Jigsaw but this time I can't capture a screenshot. Pressing any combination of PrtScn with either Alt (usual), Cntrl or the Windows button won't work. I have a picture I really want to keep before moving on to
    the next puzzle so I'm stuck! Any ideas anyone?

    Can't play MS Jigsaw Premium any longer

    Can"t play my premium version of MS Jigsaw any longer. I've tried everything, but get the message: Control your account. At this time ms jigsaw is not available for you. Go to the windows store. Nothing is wrong with my account. At least I've deleted ms
    jigsaw and try to install again. But now I can't even downloaded ms jigsaw. Something went wrong with code: 0x803F8001. Now I'm beginning to be very angry because in febr 2017 I've paid 9,89 for it for one year.

    i like playing jigsaw games, but i also want a chance tplay regulas ga,\mes.

    I have not been around much to see the changes on Microsoft....but I have played jigsaw games before, but now after playing jigsaw games, I want to play regular game, but jigsaw keeps [popping in the side, I can't get to my regular puzzles at all.../..

    I know they enabled custom profile pictures but I can't change my alt accounts profile picture to a custom pfp cause it says I need an adult.

    I have also been experiencing issues for some odd reason I can't change my gamer picture I've even given it time to see if it would fix, I gave it a whole week and I tried again but it still said "sorry we can't upload the picture right now try again in
    a little while" and I know that I haven't been banned of using the gamer picture because I had the same one for 4 years

    You can't use custom Gamerpics right now due to them being disabled to save server load due to the extra load caused by COVID-19
    Custom gamer picture have been enabled again.

    Volume on the talk back cable? Maybe try turning it up. I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me personally and I've been using my cans for a long time now.

    Same thing for me. It is getting really bad! Usually I would close out of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app, and restart it, then Jigsaw would open. Now it takes a half dozen or more times. It is truly becoming unplayable. This morning
    I have a puzzle at 36% complete, and I've been trying for about an hour to load Jigsaw to finish it to no avail. My PC is a beast, so it is not that my machine is under-powered. Also Jigsaw erases my progress of completed puzzles arbitrarily. So damn frustrating!
    This can't be that hard to fix. I think it has to do with the app loading an advertisement during these rotating circles thing.
