I've been unbanned and communications still don't work

I got banned for two weeks. After these two weeks were over, I'm still not allowed to talk in parties because of my "privacy settings". I've tried everything possible. I'm not allowed to send message s because of my "past behavior" but my ban is over and
I don't have one. Everything I've read to help, I've tried twice. Microsoft needs to fix this. I've bought a new mic, unplugged my Xbox, deleted my profile, gone to my settings, and so much more. Apperently the worst part about this is that Microsoft knows
this is a problem and won't fix it. I've gone to many websites with people who have the same issue and the fact that Microsoft still won't do anything about this is unbelievable. Don't tell me to call them because I did and they told me to contact the people
who are in charge of the bans, but they never respond. I payed good money for my Xbox and Xbox live. This is why PlayStation is looking like the better console. I'm extremely upset about this issue. I'm currently trying to sue Microsoft.

Have you tried deleting your account from you console and redonload it afterwards?

You can check for any bans/ suspensions you might have here-

If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

Remove your account from your Xbox

Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart

Add back the account.

You can also double check your privacy settings by

Going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and click privacy settings.

Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save

Yep, I've been unbanned since November 1st and I still don't have party chat working. The mods here can't do anything about it, to whoever called them idiots.

I was supposed to be unbanned on the 21st of October from communications and I'm still not unbanned I know it's not my mic because I can still use Skype just party chat and game chat don't work my gamer tag is but was banned as XxToxic Haze187 it's
just my profile I have others and party chat works just fine I've called Microsoft for the past 3 weeks and they keep telling me to post on forums and I'm irritated That im "unbanned" but still can't be in party/game chat you need to fix this and I would like
some customer compensation. The games I play I need to be able to communicate with other people I'm a competitive gamer and this needs to be fixed
