I’ve been trying to sign into my Minecraft account on my phone but it won’t let me, how do...

My account has been banned tonight. And every time I try and contact someone, it doesn’t let me sign in. So it won’t give me a phone number or person to speak to. I’ve never been banned or suspended before. This is a joke. I need a phone number or email for customer services to clear this up

I understand your concern. You should be able to sign in the same Microsoft account on mobile. What error do you get when you try to sign in your account? Please make sure you are entering the correct email and password.

Try to check if your Microsoft account will work on Xbox.com

Please read my post again, I specifically mention that I have tried to click on sign in with Microsoft and that’s when I get the error.

I migrated to the Microsoft account and it won’t let me sign in now. I can’t even try it just gives me an error.

I just want to play Minecraft a game I’ve been playing since 2011.

What do I do if I forgot/don’t know the microsoft account that my minecraft account migrated to. I’ve tried every single email and microsoft account that I could’ve used but none seem to work. I’ve contacted minecraft help centre but they won’t help me and now I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried looking at passwords saved on my device and tried loads of emails. Could someone help me figure out how to find the microsoft account? All I know is my minecraft username

Microsoft wouldn't have any way of telling you what account you migrated it to so youd just keep having to try all of your Microsoft accounts and seeing which one has your minecraft profile on it.

Thats really the only way.

I’m having the same issue as well. When I try and sign in (even if it lets me complete the process) the window will just close and I still won’t be signed in. Tried on my phone and was able to sign in (my Xbox even said sign in successful) yet still wasn’t signed in.
