I've been trying to sign in with my usual xbox account on my pc but it won't let me sign in

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, we recommend checking to see if you're using the correct email address attached to your Gamertag by signing in at the top of any Xbox.com page. If your Gamertag appears in the upper-right corner of your screen,
that is the right email address. If not, see Lost Account Solution. Another option would be to delete and re-download your profile.

Yes, both my PC and my Xbox use the same account. I've been using them like this for a few months now. No one is on the Xbox while I'm trying to sign in to the Xbox app on my PC and I'm not getting the message, "Signed out of account elsewhere".

Same over here, I'm able to sign into other accounts on my xbox but it won't let me sign into my primary account.
