But Sonic had 3 good games come out in the last 2 years? I'm more just worried about wither or not Sega can keep this going with Sonic.

I've been trying to download Skate 3 since yesterday. I believe that I've been charged for my purchase but I keep being told that it's not possible to download Skate 3.

This is very frustrating. I hope Microsoft sorts this out soon!

We (perhaps bizarrely) have exactly the same situation. My son purchased Sonic CD which he can play no problem, but when he tried to purchase Sonic 3 (and Sonic & Knuckles) from funds in his account we got the same error message.

I noticed that when he purchased Sonic CD it came up with 'you've not logged in since' and then gave a date in 2021, which was strange as we log in everyday.

I have been in touch with Xbox via chat, they tried to buy the games at their end, but also received an error, so the case was referred, but I've heard nothing since and this was over a week ago (I've tried to chase but they apparently can't see the updates under the case number as it's a different dept, so want me to go through the whole scenario again, which after 4/5 times when you keep getting cut off gets a little tiresome!).

The only difference is we are based in the UK.

We have tried to purchase via the Xbox, also the Microsoft account (laptop and phone) with the same error, it thinks we're not logged in when we are.

I'll see if I can get a as screenshot of the error.
