I've been trying to deposit my rewards but it always days it isn't working

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked

Lifetime rewards is a tally of all rewards while pending rewards is what is left to be deposited. Deposits are not automatically made until you have 5,000 points so if you have 500 from 2 surveys that is why they have not been deposited.

The staff will review your account and reply to you here within 1-2 business days. They do not work on weekends.

Thanks Smwutches, It's only been a couple days, so I'll check again after the full 96 hours. Although I wasn't expecting an automatic deposit, since when I redeemed the reward, it told me I would get an email with a code on it (which is how the other rewards
I've redeemed worked).

Good to know, I've been using phone for deposits since day one... usually do it before fleeing the cops. Until now I was not 100% sure there wasn't something hidden or that I was unaware of that snagged some fee from me, even though my deposits always added
up.
