I've been suspended

I've been suspended. My son got on my account without my permission and started playing Black ops 2. He then got into a 'Modded" lobby. I would like to be unsuspended for I was not the one to do this. He's no longer to play Xbox for a while. Please resolve.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

I've been suspended from communication and I've check all my previous messages for the last month and I've done nothing to deserve this. I tried to repeal it but I was denied due to someone not doing their job right. Is there any way to fix this. I haven't
been in a party to do voice communication for almost a week too. I think it might be a friend or a recent player falsely reporting me

http://enforcement.xbox.com/home & file for a case review but playing in modded lobbies is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

Doesn't matter.Like I said,you are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

If your son did something on your account you are the one held responsible as it's your account.
