I've been a loyal customer to Microsoft since they first went live with Online gaming. Today I picked up my controller to play call of duty and received a message saying that I have been suspended. This has to be a mistake. I am a very good person to play
with and I do not run my mouth and trash talk others. I do not have vulgar language in my profile or any other place. I am inquiring on why and how I can contest this due to the fact that it has to be a mistake. I listen to alot of people online saying things
that are absolutely ridiculous and run their mouth to no end. But if you beat someone in a game and they gang up and report you out of pure spite. How can I be suspended for this?

How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

I've been permanently suspended from xbox live, i know the reason and the reason is false so is there anyway of appealing the suspension since i've done nothing wrong.

Account suspended with no reason

So my Xbox account has been suspended and I have no reason and mark b from Xbox support told me to talk to you and I need an explanation for why I had been suspended.

You can file an appeal here as well. Mass reporting also will not get you suspended if no evidence of you breaking rules is found.

thank you so much for the help, I've contacted them and been informed its only a 7 day ban and that it'll be fixed by the 22nd at the latest

How did you get in contact with them? I can’t see to work out the support site. Did you call them or do a web chat?

Hey I’m wondering how I’m supposed to get signed in to receive a call. I’m having the same problem as everyone else here. I got a permanent suspension but it won’t let me sign in to call them. I push the sign in button and my page just refreshes. Any ideas on how to solve this
