I’ve been suspended for something I never did myself

Basically I’ve been suspended from communication on Xbox live until January 4th which is a problem because I’m a frequent user of Xbox live and I talk to my friends through it, what happened was that my friend was on my account and sent a message to a mutual
friend of ours, the message was quite rude and I didn’t realize he had sent it until I received the suspension from communication on Xbox live, I didn’t do it myself and I really don’t need this punishment on my reputation when I actually never did anything
myself. It also seems that going to the Xbox enforcement website it doesn’t actually help in the slightest, I click apply for review and I read the terms and conditions then I agreed to them, then it takes me to the home and it shows the home with the popup
telling me about the enforcement, it’s just ends up taking me through a loop so nothing actually gets done.

Xbox live Communications Suspension

Hello today I was recently suspended on my Xbox live account. Name - In the past I’ve been suspended a lot in the past for toxic behavior but I’ve reformed I’ve stopped talking trash until yesterday when I died in fortnite
by a bush camper. I will agree I did overreact and shouldn’t be have spammed “bush camping retard” over and over and I understand what I said is horrible but this is the only time that ive done something to get reported for. Please is it possible to help me
get unsuspended I understand what I did is wrong. -

I'm afraid nobody in the forums is able to assist with any enforcement related issue or question. The only option is
http://enforcement.xbox.com since you did try that but was experiencing issues you could try using a different browser.

Also keep in mind that you are always responsible for actions done on your account, to prevent that you might want to change your password and preferences on your account to prevent anyone from using it in the future

I was also just suspended. I’ve never had enforcement action. I’ve been an Xbox user for over 20 years. What is going on??

You will never be suspended/banned twice for the same thing.

Your 2nd suspension would be for something you did before your first suspension was issued.

It could of been for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.

The rep I spoke with acted like this was never a preorder bonus at all. I did email CAPCOM but their response was it’s in MS’ hands. I want the game but I’ve set myself up that it’s never coming, if we get them then it’s a bonus.
