    Hello enforcement team ive been scammed by a person for a £25 gift card if u want there gamer tag I will provide it but rematched them 3 times for it and I haven't gotten

    Hello Brutal. Unfortunately, scams like this can be quite a nuisance. I would suggest changing your password to your account. This may help the situation, but I am not completely positive.

    I think ive been scammed

    Hi i recently clicked on a link to a website that said it was giving away free microsoft points but i didnt know it was a scam and now my profile somehow automaticallysends out messages to all of my recent players list offering free microsoft points, please
    help all i want is for the messages to stop.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    Keep in mind that by offering funds for anything on Live is also a violation of the code of conduct so you would also be at risk for being suspended.

    Just to add on, in future, I would strongly recommend purchasing gift cards/ membership from the official Microsoft store or via official/ reputable retailers to avoid getting scammed again.
