I just made two purchases for Gold last night from Microsoft Store in game, they seemed a bit off when I looked at my totals. I made one for $24.99 and one for $14.99 and each only awarded me half the Gold I paid for.

I would really love to see my hard earned money paid back or supplementary Gold added back to my account that I paid for.

If you contact Xbox sales support using their online service. Give them your details they are very fast at sorting these problems out. The link should be at the top of the xbox.com page.

Hello Nelcraft,

Sorry for the issue with the purchases. You can go to the website to fill out the

refund request form. If you are unable to do it on the website you can then
Contact support. Also the refund if eligible will go back to the payment instrument that was used. So if a credit/debit card was used it will go back to that. If you had currency on your account and that was used it will go back on your account. The refund
can only be done one of them two ways. We on the forums are unable to provide refunds.
