Most gamepass games are rubbish. With nothing to play - xbox bombarded me with adverts for The Callisto Protocol. On the basis of this recommendation, on top of a monthly gamepass subscription, I bought the Callisto Protocol with a season pass. I expected it to be better than a gamepass worthy game. It's not. The game is very poor quality. It looks good, but it's barely playable, and extremely short. As far as I can tell the season pass does not relate to any game content whatsoever. I've been ripped off and I want my money back. This is a deal breaker. If I am not reimbursed in full, I will get rid of the xbox, cancel gamepass and buy a Playstation.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

There's around 200 games on gamepass & you're saying there's nothing on there you want to play?

The whole "threatening to go to playstation" thing wont get you anywhere.No one cares what platform you play games on.

As for the Callisto Protocol,a little bit of research would of told you what the game is like.I held of buying it until after it came out just to see a few reviews first & i'm glad i did.

Xbox always recommend new games that are likely to have a high volume of sales...it doesn't necessarily mean they are good, just likely to be high selling. Not sure why you would sell your Xbox because of a game that is not developed or published by Xbox though?

As to a refund, you'd need to log into your Microsoft account, go to your order history, find the relevant entry, then click on it to see if there is a refund button...bear in mind, if you have complete the game, then you would have had a reasonable amount of playtime (more than a couple of hours), then any refund appeal would be denied.

On the Season Pass not relating to in-game content: I don't believe that it includes anything to begin with...however, content for it is coming for the next 6-7 months or so (no clue beyon that):

Yes, I am having the same issue. My whole Xbox one is frozen. My kids could not even play it for Christmas! What a rip off! I want my money back!
