I've been permenantley banned from messaging anyone for almost 6 months now and i dont know why

for almost 6 months now ive been banned from messaging anyone and I don't know why. It didn't give me a notification at the time to tell me 'd been banned, It just happened. I've tried contacting Microsoft about it but no reply, ive also gone to the trouble
of logging in and checking my account history for any offences but still none. I'd be really grateful if anyone could give some insights or possible reason for this occurring.

Unfortunately, Xbox Enforcement details aren't provided on the Xbox Forums. I would suggest you check your

"Enforcement History" page to view all current and previous violations on your account. That would be the only way to view the details of any given suspension and or contact the Xbox Policy & Enforcement team via

"Case Review".

If you're not seeing any enforcement actions in your enforcement history page, are you getting an error message stating your communications have been suspended or a error code of another sort? Can you try sending a message on Xbox.com

I know that, but why it's not already ? Those achievements were unlocked in 2007. If I deserve a ban or a reset, why could I've been able to keep playing with it for 6 years now ? I would like to be sure: would be banned or not ..

Is there any place for us where we can ask Microsoft for looking at our profile ?
