I've been permanently banned from talking or texting people on Xbox

So I've been communication banned alot and it was pure Bs like kids talking an cursing and making fun of me and then reporting me for cursing or whatever and harassment which is Bs because we just have to sit here and take it and now after my second harassment
ban and I can no longer talk at all which is the most annoying sh*t every like how am I suppose to play with friends and enjoy myself at all. So I wanna know if this is a thing or a glitch cause usually it'll say your banned but it says all my bans are over
but I can no longer do anything

Multiple issues

1: I get banned on Xbox for no reason and right now I am permanently banned from texting for no reason

2: Every update that comes out or randomly I get a party block because of privacy even though my account tis adult

I've been banned for a week on my Xbox live account "" and I'm completely unsure why. I have also been banned on communication permanently howeve recently I've only been talking to my brother and my two friends. I've been an active Xbox live
member since 2007 and this was a recent account. Can you please E-Mail me as soon as possible.

 

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.
