    I’ve been permanently banned for something I didn’t do!


    Recently in the morning before he goes to school and after I leave to walk to school my younger brother likes to play on my Xbox. I really enjoy playing fifa and have an account that I just use fifa for. He thought he was being helpful doing icon swaps on friendlies and got mad when he lost and messaged a guy saying “bender” I understand that this term is not acceptable but I still didn’t think that one report would get someone banned. Anyway could I be unbanned or even banned for texting people I don’t care I just need my fifa account back. All the progress and time spent just for this ! My gamer tag is Fmillar9

    Hi Jesse,

    I have the same issue as Finlay Millar above ^

    My gamertag is “IReeeD” and I share account with my brother and he has recently and previously had communication bans but it also shows my account has now been permanently banned from Xbox Live. All my Fifa Ultimate Team progress is on there and I have dedicated a lot of time to this.

    Could you help me and see if it’s the same issue please?

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and it appears to be showing permanent bans in place of most other bans received and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't let Gamers login to check.

    I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page. Unfortunately even support cannot assist with this as they are not privy to enforcement actions.
