I've been on Xbox live rewards for +2 years, and now my rewards profile is completely reset! ...

As the title says, I've been a rewards member for quite a while now, almost 3 years, I was a 4 star member with 500 reward points, and I just log on today, and now as I'm logging on it gives me the "join Xbox live rewards program" I click on it, and it tells
me "Got it. Now give us about two days to set up your Rewards account" as if I never had a profile before, I also decide to check my dashboard, and it says "Rewards member since:
???", and now it has zero stars on my vip (previously 4), and zero reward points (Previously 500), and finally my statement/history have been completely reset.

My account status is all good, I do not know what is going on here, and I am hoping this reaches somebody and gets fixed, please.

Now I'm hoping this is a temporary glitch, or whatever from the system, and I'll be awaiting help from the support here, please do answer!

I believe my Rewards Credits harshly wrong

I've been in Rewards for 2 years and 10 months now, and since then I've earned 29,000+ gamerscore since I've joined, but I've only got a measly 250 Credits for Rewards. Is this right? I feel as though it's terribly wrong, all things considered it's still
using my avatar from that summer to display on the rewards page. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Transition from XBOX rewards account to a suspended Microsoft rewards account

I have been a loyal microsoft and Xbox customer for years with an active xbox gold membership for almost 2 years now.

A few years ago my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended.

Now that XBOX rewards account is migrating/merging with Microsoft Rewards account, I am loosing access to the rewards program.

Is there a way to restore my Microsoft rewards account in good faith so that I can continue enjoying my XBOX experience?

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Personally, I liked Xbox Live Rewards better. I was a member for 5 years before the program was terminated, and I earned almost $300 in rewards. I have been a member of Microsoft Rewards for almost 4 years now and I've earned like $50 max. I just felt
much more rewarded for my purchases and actions on Xbox Live. I also had 6% off all purchases

I've been using Bing/Microsoft rewards for years now.

Great service! Bing is my go to regardless of the rewards anyway.

As mentioned in the FAQ, only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards:

I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
by making qualifying digital purchases in the Microsoft Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

In addition, as stated on the popup on our website, since Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards, you cannot register into our program. The representative may have been speaking about Microsoft Rewards, which is a completely separate program from
Xbox Live Rewards.
