There's something in this world that I hate the most and this is injustice.

So basicaly yesterday someone on the chat of the game insulted me ( maybe because of my accent because I'm french) and at the end of the he spammed his laugh with his character in the game.

I messaged why did he laugh like [Mod Removed]and he reported me and I got baned 2 weeks.

I didn't know that "retard" was that rough in english.

Please microsoft do something, this is inacceptable ...

Thank you for that information! I requested a refund for the earlier I have another problem. One of the charges isn't showing up for me on charges in microsoft but did come out of my checking account.

Only one of these charges shows on my Microsoft purchase account but as you can see it came out of my checking account via PayPal twice.
