I've been having this issue for weeks. Might go to PS4 permanently if I don't get a fix.

I've been having this issue sence the new xbox sound update, Games and apps won't load, party's won't start, games will never load when starting them, already reset my console a million times that does nothing, I unplugged my Xbox aswell and still that does
nothing. Im gonna need some help now please. If anything get rid of this new sound update for me because it's brought me nothing but issues.

Xbox keeps signing me out every time i try to use anything

no matter what I try every time I try to play a game or even go on Netflix I get signed out its getting stupid now been having to put up with this for a week now please fix the issue as soon as possible please otherwise I might as well leave Xbox and move
over to PS4

I am also having the issue. Ever since I got this xbox one I have had issues about every week or so. If this persists I might just go back to PS4.

Did you try power cycling? I had the same problem as you and it worked for me. Press the home button to open the guide, then go to system and select restart console. Hope this helps.

I honestly don't think they care, even if it is a bunch of people having this problem. As long as the issue is on Xbox 360 they probably don't give a **** because it's old gen and now they're more concerned with Xbox One. I think if they don't fix the problem
within a week I'm just going to buy an Xbox One and set up a new, fresh account, or depending on how I feel I might just say "F you Microsoft" and get myself a PS4.

Perhaps they might release it on Xbox One eventually. I don't think you should buy it yet though, from what I've seen it has some really annoying issues, even on the PS4 version. These 'issues' aren't just about performance though, there a annoying issues
with the way the interface works. I don't know exactly what's been fixed in the latest update, but one of the issues was bizarre, like not being able to talk to some Alien because your inventory was full!

It's also apparently quite hard to get into. The one review I watched on YouTube stated that it took them 20 hours before they actually started to enjoy it.

I'm on the fence. I have an Xbox One, PS4 and a Gaming PC (which I built myself). I might purchase it, but not at full price and not while they're still releasing all these fixes.

I don't know whats going at MS but getting real tired of all of the issues these past week. Now its a 100% packet loss when I have an open NAT. MS should be giving free items due this issue. I only get a limited time to game and this is cutting into my gaming.
I don't know how they don't know how to fix this issue at MS, when they have a building full tech support. If the issue is not fixed soon I will be trading my Xbox one in or selling it and going strictly to PS4. Sorry MS can't deal with this any longer.
