If you feel your account was compromised, call up phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and start an Unauthorized Access claim.

Always use a strong password mixing numbers symbols letters capitals and change everyso often 6 to 12 months or so bump with the other ambassador with 2 step verification and always have enter password when signing in and buying from store and dont share
details ever of your account when round friends.

You should be able to contact MS support to resolve this issue.

you should also set up 2 Step Verification to increase your security to protect your account in the future.

go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Select Billing & accounts in the category area

Select See other options

Select How to protect my account

Select Show contact options

Select Request a call from Support

If you would like to speak directly with a Support Agent, then go to the following website.

Then, select a category; for example, Xbox One.

After that, choose "See other options", which is right under "Ask a question."

Now it should give you the option to pick a topic. Any topic should work, but just try the first one, "Charges on my account."

You should now see, "show contact options" under Step 3.

Once you click on that, you have the option to "Request a call from Support."

This is the best way, in my opinion, if you need to talk with someone, which I would definitely suggest in this case.
