I've been hacked and I don't know how to resolve it

I've been hacked by someone on Xbox One. I know his gamertag but now I cannot look at my profile, load up saved data for games, go on Youtube, start parties, send messages and I need a member of Microsoft to help resolve it. I'm panicking and I don't know
what to do. Please help, thank you.

I've been suspended and I don't know why.

So I was playing NBA 2k, and all of a sudden I can no longer message others and use Xbox live. How long will this last and what do I do in the meantime?

What makes you think you have been hacked? Have you supplied your account information to anyone? Have you tried doing a hard reset on your console? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the
power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

You could also try signing out and signing back in and if none of that works remove your profile and re-download it. Let us know. Good Luck!

You can use the link below to check if your account was compromised...

...and can check in your account if there are unrecognized charges...

commerce.microsoft.com/.../Transaction

If one or two above are true, you need to call suport xbox to investigate your account

When I tap the message it open the enforcement page link but I can't sign in and it didn't show me anything about my account

Hello I have exactly the same problem as you from what you said. I found a technique to play online: I unplug the 2 cables of my console (HDMI and power) and I unplug them from the wall too, I wait 30 sec and I reconnect then I turn on the console (WITH the CONTROLER) so that the console is directly connected to your account. It has been working since the beginning more than 2 weeks ago. I have tried everything I think you too but it is the only thing that works for me in any case, unfortunately as you can see Xbox does not care about players banned unfairly and do not want to make any effort even not accept the questions concerning the ban which are very often abuse and unfair very honestly sometimes I think to go to PlayStation after everything I have done for Xbox they do this to us I take it as a huge lack of respect and scamming because I just buying the series x .
