yes, even tho it says it’s “up and running” I’ve been trying to change my gamertag for a week now and I’ve still been getting the same error message. Hopefully Xbox fixes sooner than expected

I’ve been having the same issue witj my Xbox One for 3 weeks now and I’m getting an error code 0x8007045D 0x000000000 900B0007 and only getting to 45% of my step 2 installation for the update. I’ve done a soft reset and a hard one clearing put everything
but no results. I just get the same error code and have to start over.

I upgraded my Xbox 360 but kept the original hard drive and data. It had been running fine until recently when it can no longer launch downloaded games (e.g. Borderlands) that I have been playing on it for years no problem until now when it pops up with
an error message when I try to launch saying "Can't launch Borderlands" (no error code).

I’ve been trying for like two weeks and the error still has not been fixed. This community is the closest thing I can get to ‘contacting’ someone. It’s a joke. I’ve googled every number and email to no avail

Doesn’t seem like its been fixed. I’ve been having this same issue this whole week. Last night I though I was closer as one of the games downloaded to 99% but as usual, it went back to 0%. I’ve tried every step on those list on support instructed to do.
But nothing. Tonight I can’t even get the game to download past 5% as I get the “can’t download” message. This is frustrating as these are games that I purchased.
