I've been falsely banned

Please help. My main gamertag is SwiftPup5753850 and I was banned during the FOR HONOR OPen Beta. It happened during a match on the last day Feb, 14 when an enemy player joined our party he was rude so we kicked him but after that he got his whole friends
list to report us. I got banned permanently and my friend F4wnTech got banned for 2 weeks. Please I don't have money to switch consoles and I really like Xbox. So please hear my plea.

I've been falsely suspended

I've been suspended from communication and I've check all my previous messages for the last month and I've done nothing to deserve this. I tried to repeal it but I was denied due to someone not doing their job right. Is there any way to fix this. I haven't
been in a party to do voice communication for almost a week too. I think it might be a friend or a recent player falsely reporting me

I was banned on the SwiftPup account just to clear any confusion. Also I've tried everything to try and get in contact with Microsoft and have them hear my story but nothing's worked

The Enforcement Team doesn't use the forums, and no one here can respond to any Enforcement actions.

You have to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com, if you haven't done so yet, and submit a case review. It's the only way to contact the Enforcement Team.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

The only place to view your enforcement is on enforcement.xbox.com. If the enforcement team has upheld your ban there is nothing further you can do. If someone has sent you a message like that be sure to use the reporting system on the console.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
