    I've been directed here by a MS chat representative.


    Hello, I had a communications ban on my account from the 22/11/2015. I am still unable to use party chat or Skype and according to the chap I spoke to Xbox live chat, this is the only place to get it solved and there is currently a service alert because
    bans aren't being lifted completely.

    I was told that if I come here and provide the information I have above, it should be pretty simple to get it sorted out.

    Rise of the Tomb Raider achievement unlocking issue

    So I was promised by a MS representative in our chat that, once I made a post here, I would be contacted by someone from the official MS 'Achievement Team', either here or by email, within 24 hours.

    It's been about a week now and so far I have not been contacted at all, nor has the problem been fixed. The RotTR achievement as well as the DIII:UE achievement are still stuck on 'Done! Unlocking'. I would like to receive some assistance with this, as promised.

    Just to add to what I said above, the issue is with the account only, it's as if the account is banned but I have no active bans, if I sign into another account on my console, it works.

    If you check http://enforcement.xbox.com you will be able to see the details of any ban, and you may even be able to apply for a case review.

    Unfortunately the Enforcement Team no longer frequent these forums, so the best place to visit is the new Enforcement site I linked above.
