I've been console banned and it does not say on my enforcment.xbox.com page

I've been issued a suspendo on for one week, but I've been suspended more than that, a microsoft agent told me that on the phone, my suspension date keeps changing everytime I call them, and now they said I've been temporarily console banned they said, and
it does not say it on my enforcemnt page. This is soooo stressful and I want to get to the bottom of this. PLEASE HELP.

There's a common misconception that the time between offences and the ban being handed out are always short (eg a week). There's no statute of limitations on how much time can pass before the offence becomes unpunishable either. As is post here -

i havnt even been on my xbox in about a week?

 

I've come across a similar problem. I got unbanned last night from a 2 week suspension, I can join parties, but it says "Privacy settings prevent chat with some people" when they're set to adult, and I still can't send messages even after the ban had been
lifted. It's even affecting my little brothers account too. Are you at all experiencing what I'm going through?

If you have been consoled banned, you wont be able to use your Xbox Console. Are you able to use your Xbox Console?

Your not the first person Xbox Support has said this to either, and this is quite strange. However, I am going to ask someone and do some digging on this.
