    i just play too much causing me to get more reports in a short amount of time and triggering these bans plz fix this bug no one should pay hundreds of dollars to not be able to use there games

    Hello everyone it seems I have a bug within my xbox It said around 4 o' clock my xbox live account cannot send messages due to past behaviour. I said ok so I try to play halo 5 and it says ive been struck by the banhammer and cannot play games online due
    to past behavior. So at this point Im freaking the heck out. So I sign out while playing halo 5 and try one of my family members accounts a . It says the same freaking thing? I try all 8 acounts on my xbox and the all say the same thing about messages and
    playing xbox live online games. Im freaking out guys it must be a bug because my account and my family members accounts never got a email of enforement and my xbox is not banned as I got no notification, I can still get online and I have done no modifications
    to it please someone help! My cousins account is the only banned account on the xbox. But now all my family members accounts are banned? I know its a glitch because i can play some games online such as burnout paradise . I need this fixed asap.

    Enforcement

    I was wrongfully banned from communications use on my Xbox Live account. I was not sending messages, talking to people, or even interacting with people. This came out of nowhere and needs to be fixed.

    Hey there,

    Only by submitting a Case Review, is it possible for an account suspension to be lifted. Enforcement doesn't use the forums so it's best to submit a Case Review for this issue.

    hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.
