I've been banned from 12/28/2016, i find this too severe and i wish that my sanction be amanded

I was banned from Xbox live until 12/28/2016, because I insulted a person by a written message.

I regret much my gesture, everybody makes mistakes but I deserve to be punished, but I find it too harsh because I

find that I should be banned

from communication services and not content. especially since the end of the year I would like to take advantage of

this period to play my favorite online games.

Communication Banned difficulty

Hello xbox community my name is crow and I would like to share a unique type of effect going on with my ban. It all started in July 28, 2016 at 7:28 AM I was banned from communication from xbox. It was suppose to be a soft ban and only last a day until
the July of 29 2016 but I am still banned from it to this day. It has been more than a year of this ban and here I am with this forum. All I ever did in that day was play yugioh and go to a player match to have a duel wiith a random duelist. I was destroying
him with my zombie deck but during the middle of the duel he leaves me. Yes I personally think its a rage quit so I send him a message saying" Rage quit lol". That's all I ever did. So here I am and I want to know if any support for me would be gravely
appreciate it. I I am sick of tired of being banned....

I've also tried changing the region of my xp to Denmark but it won't allow me, which I read could be the issue. I have tried different browsers aswell on pc.

The thing is, with this type of sanction ( Custom Gamerpic Ban ), that you're not eligible for reviews which I find silly.

And it really makes me feel anxious uploading new picture now and being sanctioned for such a little thing that can be dealed without sanctionning ! Because in the end everything can be considered a breach of terms and conditions !

I know I could use this fonctionality after the ban, I don't worry about it.

And another one. 12 month code, redeemed on xbox, got an error, account not upgraded to Gold but says code has been used. Also got a confirmation e-mail of my Gold status. Tried again on the xbox.com website
