I've been banned and I'm not 100% sure about the ground I stand on.

long story short my account was perma banned from xbox. why? "cheating"

I'm not gonna give you a sob story, I've done some pretty crappy stuff in my 7k hours of playing gta online (the only game I have on xbox mind you). from abusing godmode glitches, destroying cargo, abusing the many money glitches this game has seen, etc.
(nothing really out of the ordinary for 4 years of playing gta online, I have yet to meet someone who hasn't done any one of these things, but I was a solo player most of the time, so take that with a grain of salt.)

I absolutely no life'd this game, every day play for about 5 hours a day since me getting the game in 2017 (you casuals wouldn't understand /s)

now here's the reason for the ban: I made a post to the LFG board for GTA 5 looking for players to participate in a job, here's the just of what I put: "modded deathmatch, 30k per round"

the job isn't "modded" it's simply a rouse to get players to join a deathmatch that is unwinnable, I would hop in a savage helicopter and kill them over and over again until they either left or the deathmatch timer ended. this boosted my K/D stat.

scummy? yes. against the TOS? I didn't think so at the time, I didn't send any "lmao get gud Lzzzzz" messages, I just made the post, and invited whoever was interested to the game, I didn't even make a party or have my mic plugged in.

when I went to invite people again and it said "there was an error" I should've known something was up, I posted it again after that, this happened twice before I got off for the night.

I didn't receive any messages from xbox live, at the time, I was still playing till 11 pm, that's when I hopped off.

in the morning I got the "lmao nice account, too bad it got banned" screen after turning on my console, had a small heart attack, and instantly gave my side of the story in a case review of the permanent ban.

the time of the account perma-ban? ~10pm. I was still playing then, I got off around 1 in the morning, that's what I don't get.

I read the whole xbox community standards agreement, and I only eluded to breaking one of them, that being "harmful behavior" in the fashion of "Use “mods” that are not explicitly supported by a game developer" and "Try to circumvent in-game economies through
“money drop lobbies" (you just KNOW that one was made specifically for GTA online)

now as a GTA online player, when you hear "mods" and "xbox" or "console" for that matter in the same sentience, it'd better go something like "mods don't exist on xbox/console" because I have yet to see a single occurrence of anything even remotely resembling
"mods" in gta, "mods" are a pipe dream that "noobs" believe in, there are glitches that are completely game breaking, and give the player using them free reign on a lobby with all other players powerless to do anything about it, but no hacks.

if you have any questions, feel free to ask, I'll answer them all honestly, because at this point I have nothing to loose.

before you ask, NO I did NOT do the garage glitch, lester plane glitch last year? yes, garage glitch this year? no. I smelled that account/money wipe from a mile away, I did NOT want to experience that again.

oh, one more thing: does anybody have a timeline of when a case review will get a reply? I've been sweating over here hammering the "refresh" button for the past day or so.
