    my friends banned account

    so my friends account has been baned for 12/31/9999 can hes account back because ive been trying to play with him and he got hacked by some othe person beacuse he checked his email and microsoft said his doing and his crying about pls message back

    When an account is baned permanently everything is forfeit There is no refunds for bans

    Live life and play fair

    You can however make a new account unless your console has been baned

    If you're account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada

    To submit a case review on your ban, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

    sons account was hijacked

    My grandson account was also hacked and the person is trying to extort money, wants a $50 XBOX card number. The persons name is Roman XBOX game tags are_MacCruz and Clash 1999's. Has done this to others. I sent Microsoft all the information, but have not
    heard back from them. This is again XBOX code of contact. This person needs to b baned. PLEASE HELP
