I’ve been account silenced on overwatch ingame

hello my name is ive been account silenced for over a month each time I launch the game I get a message saying something like “Due to multiple reports of abusive chat your account has been silenced” I’ve talked to 3 blizzard developers about this
and they tell me to go to Xbox support. I really want to play the game I love and I need to know how much longer I am silenced for or if I can appeal my in game account silence.

Block player function not working

I’ve been receiving some hateful messages from this one person in particular(up to threatening my family) and he recently made an alternate account to harass me more. I’ve blocked him on the new account after more messages, yet after a game I had with him
again on Overwatch he still can message me. I checked again to see if I had the guy still blocked(on both accounts) and he was, yet was able to harass me yet again. Is there something I can do?

I’ve been banned

Age ratings on games do not apply to the online side of them.Something every game with any type of online play tells you.

The age rating only means someone under that age can not buy the game.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone not matter what game you are playing.

Sorry to hear it. If this is specifically an in game issue then only the developers can help as Xbox does not handle in game enforcement actions.

If the suspension is for all Xbox Live communications then you would need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason for the action.

Definitely Overwatch, I’ve clocked in DAYS worth of hours on some characters.

I have the Xbox Series X and the things I’ve tried to fix the problem are

• Changing my NAT Type from Moderate to Open

• Disconnecting and reconnecting my Battlenet ID from my Xbox account

• Port forwarding ports from Overwatch 2 directly to my router

• Restarting my Xbox Series X

• Deleting and reinstalling Overwatch 2

• Restarting my router

None of these things have worked whatsoever

So I bought the overwatch 2 watchpoint pack which states that I get the legendary edition but if it’s been taken off the store how can you charge £34.99 for this edition? somehow trading standards doesn’t work like that surely? I’ve paid over the odds for a game that I’m not getting
