    Ive been a loyal xbox customer for years, well youve lost me now microsoft


    microsoft ive always favoured them , always highly recommended them but now i will not even acknowledge them , they have let me down big time on there part i spend thousands every year to them and for what to get banned with no explanation no appeal to fight
    whatever this riddiculas ban is appauling to be perfectly honest im also a microsoft ambassider to ive tried to contact the microsoft enforcement team but its like they dont exist could we please get a petition signed so that we are able to contact the enforcement
    team because this is a joke we need everybody to join in get noticed and take action otherwise im gone sony sounds good at this point

    hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.

    Youve been on LIVE for 9 years and got the 10 year helmet, sounds good to me, alot (and I mean alot from what Ive seen on forums) of people with 10 years on LIVE didnt get anything - enjoy your free helmet, and most importantly, continue enjoying the xbox

    This was literally the last straw for me. Over the years I've put up with a lot of crap from Microsoft all while hotly defending their brand but this was the straw that broke the camels back. They lost another loyal customer with this one.
