I've purchased yesterday at Futureshop a 12month Xbox live gold

I tried to enter the code but it didnt work!

Xbox live Gold 12 month code doesn't work

I've just bought a 12month subscription for Gold and the code doesn't not work.

I've tried to call but no one seems to be there, I've not been answered.

Sorry to hear it. Please contact phone support and explain the issue to them. They should be able to remove the membership from the one gamertag and send you a code so you can apply it to the one you want.

As for the download, I'm not sure what's going on with it right now. A lot of people are experiencing the same issue. Unless a support agent or the support pages state otherwise then I would have to presume that the issue may be caused by the heavy traffic
of millions of gamers trying to download the game at the same time.

same issue... 12month gold membership. on the 360 it says it's invalid. on pc, it says that something went wrong - XBOS1005. i chatted with support and confirmed that my code is valid. wack ish...

Fyi 12month codes are still available

@op you can buy 12month gold codes and stack upto 3 years then buy 1 month of ultimate which converts it to 3 years of ultimate

Just don't buy 12month ultimate codes they are nearly 200 bucks

Fyi there are no 12month xgu codes

The max is 3months so it wouldn't have been 2 codes it would've been 4 codes for every 12

Thrrr are only 12month gold codes

Only way to get 2 yearl codes is all access and it's comes with the console not a code
