    Ive accidentally bought a game on an account I cant log into. How do I get a refund?


    First time buying anything from microsoft store. Purchase went fine, But when we tried to open the game, it keeps asking us to sign into my microsoft account. Its my sisters old computer & she set up the accounts for me before she handed it over for my
    kids, but got my birthdate wrong, cant remember the answer to the secret question & has no idea what the recovery email address is... Anyway, is there anyway to transfer the game to a new account? I bought it on Paypal. Really annoyed, and it seems really
    useless because I can access parts of the account - like add/remove billing details, but my son cant play the game game I bought.

    Have I blown my money?

    Is there a way to actually talk to someone from microsoft to explain? I just keep getting that useless virtual assistant and a message stating opening hours. No email address to be found.

    Its a Microsoft account, not an xbox one.

    Ive been trying to, but Being the weekend noone is available to call back & there is no email address to send something. The virtual assistant is useless.
