    Sup everyone, i've got a little question for you. Can someone explain me why would Microsoft bill me 2 times xbox game pass in the same month, never let me acces the services and still doesn't want to refund me. I've tried everything their little
    [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] gnome told me on the support but still receive as answer from the refund services that i didn't make a purchase on this date, lol i got my paypal receipt. Also tried to fill a claim on paypal but i got as answer
    that the seller have submit proof that i've got the service, what the heck? Imma probly just fill a reclaim at my bank and get an other card tho for 2x13,79 CAD it's a pain in the
    [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] to get a new card.

    Anyway guys be carefull aint the first time it happen to me on some Microsoft

    Hi Swag,

    Thanks for the reply. Since you've attempted to get a refund but the Refund Team stated that the transaction was not on the account, this may indicate that that the subscription is on a different Microsoft account. This would also explain why you haven't
    been able to access the Game Pass via your console. You would need to request a refund from the specific account that was used for purchase in order for it to be considered or refunded.

    You may wish to double check that you're logging into the correct account that the subscription was begun on. If you're unsure about what other account it may have been attached to, then Xbox Support would be able to help you track it down.

    As you've already decided to receive compensation directly from your bank/financial institution instead, and since there is no further resolution, in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have

    to give a [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] they made me fill a refund form and then replied lol there's no transaction on this date derp tho i got every confirmation from my bank and paypal i got the transaction number, date and
    time and still nope. I know no one on this support could help me and at this point that's not what i want. I just want to share that terrible experience, imma get a refund from my bank so i dont care that much but you know, i just dont want someone else to
    get wreck this way that's definitly not cool. You would be a local buisness i would just call the cops and report this as fraud but since its microsoft except sharing my experience i cant really do

    Thanks for coming to the forums with this question. Sorry to hear about the situation with your billing for Game Pass. Based on what you've stated, it begs the question: Is it possible that you've got another, or different, Microsoft account that you may
    have accidentally set up the subscription under? Have you ever allowed your card information to be used on a different Microsoft account? Sometimes these things do happen. If you do have more than one Microsoft account, or another member of the household or
    family has one, its possible that the subscription may be under a different account.

    You may wish to check your Microsoft Xbox account by logging into it via a PC or other device to

    check the purchase history
    to determine if the subscription is associated with that particular account. If it is, then you may choose to

    cancel the subscription
    and follow up by
    requesting a refund
    . If you have any other accounts/profiles on your console or within your household, it is recommended to also check those as well.

    Should you find that there is no subscription for Game Pass on the account, then I would recommend that an Xbox Support member investigate the charges, and it would be best to
    request a call back from Xbox Support so that they can look into what may have happened. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the tools necessary to assist more directly with billing
    issues.

    Hi

    Are you sure it billed you twice and didn't just send another confirmation? What happens when you try to use Gamepass? Do you get an error messages? Are you using your designated Home Xbox ?

    Also keep in mind that the same rules of Xbox Live apply here as well so be mindful of language and certain words you're using.

    All DLC is associated to your Gamertag. So you just lost it all man, sucks but that life for you. Very hard lesson to learn.
